Kaamwalibai.com — took initial money and did not provide maid and are not refunding the amount as well

I paid 10000 Rs for providing 24 hrs elderly care service. They ask for 50% of the amount in advance before they can provide any maid profiles. After paying the amount, they shared 3-4 profiles but whenever the maid is selected, they come up with some reason and the maid is not sent. Finally frustrated with them, asked to refund the money and no response yet despite multiple follow ups
