Kaff Appliances India — After sales service

This is to inform that i have lodged a complaint with the Kaff service centre Hyderabad several months back as my microwave was not working even after spending Rs2500 on a part called magnetron which is under warranty. The microwave has stopped working completely. Several calls have been to the service centre, Toll free number and also via e mails. The company seems least interested to solve customer complaints.
