I purchased a cooktop on 25 November 2013. After 2 months of purchasing i start facing a problem in one of the burner and after 6 months again in the same burner and now again after six months a sound of blast comes from the same burner which damaged the cooktop badly.
I thank to my God that he saved me from the major injury but now I am cursing the day when I purchased the product of your company.
I asked your technician to tell me whether there is a problem in the cooktop after facing the problem 2 times in the same burner, he said no. I think they are waiting for the major incident and then only they will replace it.
I want that you should rectify my cooktop as soon as possible because this happens only due to the ignorance of the staff of your service centre. Was this information helpful? |
