There was issue with the auto ignition in one of the burner. I made a complaint, KAFF staff came charged rs 500/- & did some patch work & it is not working since that day. Even worse than what was before compliant. I have talked to the service unit of KAFF but no response. Still not working & i have been charged Rs 500/, which may be refunded on priority& action may be taken against the staff for not attended complaint properly. It damages image of KAFF.
