Kaleswari Travels — pickup denied by travel agent, ignorance of service provider leading to whole night road stay

I (R Parthasarathy), booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai through kaleswari travels website. Ticket details as below

I was stationed at Gachibowli from 9.50pm on[protected] waiting for the bus. I did not receive any calls from the service provider and when i called up to the contact no which i received through sms, the concerned person Mr.Sham ([protected]) informed that he is not incharge of this route and he does'nt know any information about it, I requested for the details of the chennai route contact person but he denied to provide the details and told me that bus will be coming and the concerned person will contact you. I called up to another landline customer care no[protected]number received sms from kaleswari travels on ticket booking) and they told they do not hold any responsibility for this and they can only provide with the contact details. I kept trying to different contacts on kaleswari travels for almost 2 hours and no one provided proper response leaving me to wait on road for the 2 hours. In the meantime kaleswari goa bus crossed more than 3 hours late (8.30pm bus came to gachibowli at 12.00pm), hence i was waiting in patience that bus is late. I called the service person sham on many occations in the mean time explaining the situation but his negligence left me waiting on road for 3 hours. I also tried different numbers from google and no one responded anything relatively. Waiting there till 1.00pm i decided to go the near by kaleswari travels office in mehdipatnam but the office was closed. I was left out with no option standing in road and waiting for almost 4 hours without any proper guidance and having and important appointment on[protected] morning, i decided to book flight ticket early morning and came to chennai at 8.30 am losing whole night of sleep. I had spent almost Rs.6142 for flight fare and Rs.1000 for local cab and auto transportation for going to kaleswari travels office and to airport. A complete sleepless night with tension combined with almost Rs.10, 200 of money wastage. I demand a proper explanation and reply regarding the issue and kaleswari need to bear the expenses and provide compensation for all the tension caused by poor service of kaleswari.
