I joined as a hr in that consultancy...
We all know what hr job profile is...
But they gave me a job like tele caller...
Directly i asked a girl who handling this consultancy...
Mam during interview you said that this job is fully hr based, but now you asked me to do the tele caller and that too you are fixing target like "making a interview appointment for atleast 3 candidates / day" what is this...Why you are doing like this...
And she replied, "do you know the difference between hr and telecaller, first?"... And i said, mam ..I know the difference, .. But you people only doesn't know the basic difference b/w hr and tellecaller, and if you know this you wont do like this...She is doing something rubbishly and she dont allow me to take leave from office...The office timing is 9.30 to 7.00pm..Its too long time ...I never seen like this godown...Their office is like that only...Making some people to work(Telephonic conversation with the candidates) and they dont have any seperate cabin..These people are shouting like something...
In this office, they use keep our phone switched off and they will keep by themselves...
I think no one should do like this and all...
Very very worst experience for me and for all...
We and another 4 people joined in this consultancy and we 4 leaved because of the worst response from the admin lady...
She is so arrogant, dont have any sense..And i dont know for what she is coming to that office...
I asked some of the people who working in this consultancy all are freshers, joined 1 month before..
This tells that no one is working as a permanent worker not more than 6 months it seems...
And also dont get a job offer from these kind of consultancies.
They are no.1 fraud consultancy in tamilnadu(They are not giving job offers to tamil nadu candidates) only for north indians..
So apart from tamilnadu, candidates please dont go for these consultancies...
Its my humble request...
