[Resolved]  Kalyan Jewellers — Very bad atmosphere, improper behavior behavior and demand to pay extra amount for repairing which is free.

This is to bring into the notice that I Vivek Anand Mob no.-[protected] my father(Mr. Dinesh Kumar registered mob.no.-[protected])is one of the old customer of KALYAN JEWELER'S had a very great journey of 4 years with the brand but, last night what happened to me in the store was very disappointing, rude and heart breaking one of the employee Mr Vishwanath shetty (store manager)of kalayn employee and Near Sahara Ganj Mall, Building No. 4, Sapru Marg, Lucknow.

Had show very rude and improper behavior which is not at all be tolerated, I went to the store to repair the necklace which I bought from the store few months back but during that repair the necklace was got damaged for which I request the employee to assist me and ask that I have not been told before that the polish of necklace will be damage during repair process for which when I ask the above employee he directly told me that it is not our responsibility and if you want to bring it back to natural condition you have to pay extra amount, during this whole conversation on the floor no one in the staff or senior employee or CRM had not stopped him from arguing with me which is really a bad customer treatment.
Therefore, I made this decision I will never purchase any jewellery from kalyan in future nor I recommend anybody to do so, as you know the word of mouth will naturally bring the bad name to the company and demean the market value of brand.

It is not at all the case of money so don't take it in that way, buying a gold is very sentimental and emotional decision when we purchase any kind of jewellery because gold is very costly metal and we all have some feelings attached to the piece of jewellery i am also attached the bill which is recent purchase.

In the end I request very kindly, that if I didn't get any support on my issue I will bring this rude behavior of Kalyan on social media and make sure how customer are treated once they sell the product to the customer with all the proof which I had in the form of images and vedio.
