We have a very bad experience in kalyan silks Karama, dubai.. we bought saree and shirt from there shop on 2nd July 21 and next day we called to the shop and asked for exchanging the product.. they told us that they will not exchange products which is in offer.
But they didnt inform this before and in bill also not mentioned, its showing 14 days exchange is allowed..I'm not asking my money back...I'm just asking the replacement. I belive its a consumer right too
