My channels are blocked because of not submitting the kyc
form. I requested my cable operator for a kyc form and he is not sending me a hathway
kyc form and the channels are blocked last few months.
My hatchway card no#[protected]
If possible please send me a kyc form so that I can fill the
paper work and submit.
