Sent many mail, but not getting any response, wanted to escalate this issue to higher management, how kamal solar respond to customer and do the damage to customer property where they following inproprer procedure to clean the solar water heater. make making business of damage again asking customer to pay for it..

such company should not get license for commercial sale and service ...

Kindly make this fix asap, or replace the tank which is damage by your technician..

if am not wrong I already spoke to you on this more then month back, for which you have asked me to send picture of leakage tank.. and you told you checking with you MD on this and get back to me in 1 or 2 day's..

So kindly take the action to fix this or replace the tank, which was damaged by your technician withoutt following proper procedure to clean the Solar water Unit

Can I know why you looking for cash receipt copy form our end, when your technician has the copy of it..

if he would followed the proper procedure with approved cleaning solution form your company, then this issue would not happen
