I had order an embroidered kurta set (Invoice no Retail00333, order no KB1533490). The price was 876 INR. However I have received a completely different item- a white saree, not even worth 200 INR. There website keeps loading now. I have emailed them, however I don’t know whether they will even bother replying. I want my money back. It is a fraud website and I shouldn’t have bought....

I placed a order on zurner my order I'd is ML67833529. I got delivered a wrong product like a used uncleaned saree. I payed it 867/- for that. If there is no contact details or return policy they have only a email id zurnner.[protected]@gmail.com. Now they changed there name and email id Kanshubaa.[protected]@gmail.com.
It is not available. I want to refund it....

The product I ordered was not accrording to the description it was mentioned. The material was defective and the the product quality is not good. The website doesn’t show any contacts to revert back to the company. Serious action regarding the same is required asap....

I placed an order at zurnner clothing website on 27th april. Today I received a completely wrong order. I ordered a reddish orange salwar suit set instead i received a purple color saree.
Kindly help me as to what measure will be taken. I tried complaining at an email id given by them official.[protected]@gmail.com

This is a spamming site. I have also ordered a suit and received a nasty saree. The person on call is asking for phone no. And asking for other details. Please restruct yourself from ordering. Ease take action against them....

I ordered a Baby Pink suit from a Zurnner Clothing store on Facebook, they sent me a piece of dirty cloth, I am very shocked the delivery boy has taken ₹868 and did not me allow to open the package before giving him the money.
