Dear Sir,
I Paid to online company KAPAKART to buy a product Magic hanger.
I paid Rs 989 for the 3 set of product - magic hangers
Though amount was deducted from my account i didn't get a confirmation of order neither any confirmation from the KAPAKART company.
I tried to reach their customer care number - [protected] and their customer support email id as well [protected]@kapakart.com. but did not get any response. I feel the amount i paid is to a fraud company the payment gateway was through PAYU
Please note the transaction details -
Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 989.00 done for Bomofy has succeeded Team PayU
Request you to pls help to address this issue and get back my amount also please take strict action against such fraud companies which fool customers through advertisements
