[Resolved]  KAPSONS — Deficiency in services

I purchased a sweatshirt from Kapsons Puma Exclusive Store City Sqaure Mall Jammu bearing item No 82913501 on[protected] after paying an amount of Rs 2199/- After a period of one month only the said sweatshirt was loosen from its borders and neck to such an extent that it became impossible to wear it. I complained before the outlet from where I purchased it. I was given an alteration slip bearing No. 2745 dated[protected] by your outlet and since that day, my sweatshirt is lying in the store. I visited the store many a times to take the sweatshirt but everytime I am told that the matter is still under consideration. i even sent a legal notice through my advocate but still your said outlet is mum on the issue. Its being almost 2 months that the sweatshirt for which I spent Rs. 2199 is lying with the store and instead I m being harrassed and humiliated a lot. Despite my valuable time is being wasted by visiting the store again and again. So, before i file a consumer complaint in the court of law against this malpractice and deficiency of service on the part of such a big brand, I request you to kindly replace my sweatshirt or refund the amount paid by me.
