Karbonn — Mobile Stopped working within a month of purchase

My Karboon Mobile Stoped working with in a month of purchse (Purchse Date :-7th of Aug 2013 ) I have submited the Mobile to the Authorised service center on 4th of Sep 2013, it was told that it will take upto 20days to repair the Same But now its nearly 3months i am taking the Followup of the same throught mails and Calls, but no proper answer is given on Mail and the Given mobile no of the service center is switch off or When answered the Persion Sailesh Talks Rudely.
