Karbonn Mobiles — Back camera and sim tray not working last 3 month

i have 2 problem in my hand set 1st is back camera not working and 2nd is sim car tray is not working but if you don;t have the parts of SIM Tray then leave it you only repair the camera its self when ever you get the parts then i submit again for the same. so my priority is camera repair not in SIM slot because in this mobile 2 SIM tray available and i required the 1 SIM and my work is saficiant for 1 SIM only so i request you please resolve my Mobile Camera Fault for priority basis and handover the phone. now more than 1 month to go but not resolve the problem with your service centre.
