Karbonn Mobiles — Bad service in service centre | |||||
I have purchased the karbonn a2+ from you sales dealers in august 2015 and the charger did not work the second month of purchase and got a new karbonn charger, where as the charging pin point of the mobile is broken. I went to the authorized service centre in banaswadi (Sri balaji mobiles), where as i had to pay for the change in pin. When i had to put the mobile for charging, the pin broke again the same day. I went to the same centre, where as he had mentioned that the panel board is weak and i could see the mobile camera was melted and the seal is completely broken. I asked the person to see what he had done, he spoke harsh and behaved indecent. He also mentioned that the local mobiles like karbonn will not last longer. I would like a raise a complaint to the consumer court about the behavior of your staff and i was given a wrong information. Please feel free to call me on [protected] for any more information between 9.00 am to 12:30 pm. If it is not resolved, i am going to raise it to the media and the consumer court. I am regular user of Karbonn phones, where as this time the service is poor and had inconvenient in getting the mobile repaired and also they have damaged my mobile camera ( burnt it ).
I will never recommend any body for Karbonn mobile, unless it is replaced.
This issue has to be raised to the consumer court, These kind of products which do not keep up the promises, Need not to be authorized by the consumer court to get the product in the market.
It will be a negligence of the society, Please raise it up and help me further.
