Karbonn Mobiles — Complaint regarding Service center

Dear Karbonn team, I have submitted my Karbonn TITANIUM S2 to your Shankla Telecom sec 17 Gurgaon service center dated 06 aug 2014 with jobsheet no "KJASPHR112814K4679" till no response from your side, i have tried many time on phone and face to face to your service partner to get my phone delivered but they are only saying the phone is with company we can't do anything, once the phone come to us we will infrom you . Its almost 2 months i don't know what are you donig to my phone, even i tried many times on your toll free no but it not contact, if i din't get my phone with in 7 day then i will go for consumer court and lodge a FIR against against karbonn and that service center Name:- Amit Kumar Contact no:- [protected]
