new karbonn purchased 4 weeks ago showing faulty display screen and camera. the sevice centre has kept the phone for 25 working days to fix the problem. how does the company expect anyone to function without a cell phone for 25days? by purchasing another karbonn phone, i suppose. i will certainly discourage my friends and colleagues not to purchase from a company with such skewed policies and processes.
