Karbonn Mobiles — Handset Problem - still under repair since 12-June 2015 till today 03 Sept 2015 | |||
We have purchased Karbonn Handset - Karbonn Octane Plus on 08 feb 2015 from Relience Digital, NAGPUR, Maharashtra. In the month of May end it was observed that handset is not charging. It was shown to the customer care at NAGPUR. After observation they told that some part at charging side want to be replaced so he kept handset and given receipt. After constant followup they are not responding, as the person at the counter raises his hand, saying that "What I can do, if company is not giving spare parts" Now almost 3 months are over, and we are left without handset. resulting mental pressure, and physical exertion to visit the customer care center. This is mental and physical harassment. The photo of the receipt from customer care is attached for easy reference. We asked that if your company is not manufacturing ther spare parts, kindly arrange to replace the handset, but no response from the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
