Karbonn Mobiles — Harassment by service center, mobile kept for reparing for over 45 days | |||
I am writing this on behalf of one of my employee pramod kumar. i bought the karbonn k62 plus phone for him earlier this year and after couple of months o[censored]sage he started facing problems with set. he was not able to make any calls from the phone and other people were also facing trouble when they tried to call him. he approached shri shiv shakti electronics (authorized service centre of karbonn in moradabad, up) with his problem and gave them his phone for repairing on 18th may 2016. till today we are not aware about the whereabouts of the phone and when i try to ask service centre they very rudely ask me contact company. pramod and myself are very much harassed by the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the employes of this center. every week they extend the delivery date by 10 to 15 days. as you can see that the phone cost is only under 2000 but that is a big deal for a minimum wage earning person. even after keeping the phone for so long the company has not provided any alternate set for the customer to use as backup. we are now hoping that this forum could help us in getting the phone repaired and delivered asap. i would also like to ask karbonn to extend some training to their employees about how to behave to their customers, if they don't take any steps now then i am sure they are going to loose lot of customers like myself who take pride in buying made in india products but experiences like this are very disheartening.
