I purchased one such phone from seven star infosystems, mewat 122105, haryana india by e-purchase on 11.08.2015. Amount is 4299/-. Order id:[protected] and invoice no is hr-del[protected]. Cst no: [protected]. From the month of nov 2015 all kinds of problem of the set started, mainly charging not done and later key pad problem.
Immediately i contacted to authorised service centre at kolkata, west bengal and first formatting done on 26.03.2016 at mobicare, 1a, nandan bagan street kolkata 700004 (Ph no[protected].
On 06.05.2016, the centre authority said that the original charger provided alongwith the set is faulty and compelled me to buy a new one @ rs 380/-. Although within warranty period.
Again 3 weeks later keypad problem became worse and i went to service centre again on 09.08.2016. The centre in charge told me to change the touch-pad and he assured me to change the same free since it is well within warranty period. Service centre personnel said that he sent for replacement of a new touch-pad/key-pad by e mail to the company authority and the number for such mail requirement is kjaspwb002816kr17117 on 09.08.16.
But till date no feedback came. I am sufferring tremendously.
Being a professor of government college in west bengal i compelled to suffer hugely for last few months. Please di intervene and replace the set at earliest opportunity.
