[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — keypad is not working

Dear sir, I purchased new karbonnk451 power hand set, through flipcart and its order no. Is - od[protected]. It has 1 year manufacturing waranty, but after getting some months its key pad is not working. If we press one button in display its showing some other number, i have taken to repair also but its not repaired. Indeed mobile price is very low, but, if product is very low quality how can we believe for next purchasing. I hope prob will be solved very soon Thanking you, Yours, Annappa shiroo.. I purchase it18 march 2017.ab tk 2 bar software update krwa lia h.24 hours hang rhta h.each app creat problem.lock b 5 minutes me open hota h.service center se b kuj ni ho ska.only software update kr dete h.usse koi frk ni hota.
Sayd koi manhus din hoga jo mene ye mobile purchase kia.
Solve my problem.
Otherwise consumer court help me..
