[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — mobile not been returned

my karbonn A52 mobile has been deposited at date 13/09/2014 because the touch panel was faulty. Hence it been above 1 month and I haven't received my mobile. The customer care executive told me that the mobile will be return in ten days. After ten days I called him he says that the company has not provided me the touch pad. Now after one month he is not even answering my calls.
