Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile Not working

I have purchase Karbonn Mobile on Dec-2013, then It stop working within 3 Months, then I visited authorised service center (Noida sec-12) with Bill and phone, then they delay and delay and at end they return my phone without repaired and said we dont have part. then I visited Meerut Bachha park authorised service center two month ago. still it is pending and asking 5, 000 Rs. for repairing. Please suggest me what should I do. Thanks & Regards Pushpendra
