My name is Nikita Shelar. I am very unsatisfied with karbonn phone. I purchased Karbonn titanium phone on 18th April 2014. And from 5th August 2014 it is with service centre. We are getting no response from then. Every time I called up them i got answer like please called tomorrow or next week. Pathetic service i ever got from karbonn. My job sheet No. KJASPMH286814K9685. IMEI No. [protected].

low quality handset

i have purchased a new karbonn kc110 handset on 6/10/2013. i found that its sound quality is very poor. i talk to mobile shop and service center but they refuse to change the handset.
