Dear Sir/Madam,
I had submitted my mobile (Model- S20-2GB) on 23rd July 2016 at Laxmi Nagar Service Centre. I was told that handset will require minor part replacement and will be repaired in a week's time. Later I called up nth time only to be told that part not yet found and unavailable in stock. Even after so many calls to customer care I was not given any positive feedback about my mobile.
I was not expecting such irresponsible behaviour from a reputed company like "KARBONN". I regret purchasing this device as it has caused great agony and distress to me and my requests and queries are falling on deaf ears which shows non seriousness of KARBONN towards its customers.
