My name is Rahul shinde. On 15 April i submitted my s202 to sai telecom in pune cause of network issue. O 18 th April they give me phone and said problem solved but on 19th i have submitted again cause problem not solved. That time they have taken 1month time for repairing. After 1 month and 7 days service center called me and said " we received your phone but problem not solved and we have to send again to the company." Is this way you treat your customer? If problem is not solved within 1 month then what are you people doing a month with my phone. My complaint no. KJASMH510416KR12191. CAN I GET solution or this is just time pass purpose only.
