Karbonn Mobiles — Raised this issue with mobile emitted exorbitant heat is unbearable

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Karbonn mobile, model is Karbonn Titanium Machfive Silver, through amazon. Since its delivery, the mobile emitted exorbitant heat which is unbearable. I have raised this issue with the Karbonn Service Center. The Customer Care gave me a contact Number of Mr.Karthik. When I contacted Mr.Karthik, he informed that they don't have good terms with Karbonn Service centre. Now I am helpless. I bought Karbonn mobile believing that amazon will look into the discrepancies (if occurred).
