Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that we have given our mobile Karbon S-2 Plus for repairing at your service center in Pune Maharashtra Our Job sheet NO is KJASPMH 422815 KR 13586 which was given on dated 31st Aug . & we where suppose to get in 35 days but till date we have not get the same . I tried calling your Call center but no proper response was rec ivied so pl confirm what is the status of my mobile now . Thanks & Regards
