[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — still not get my mobile repaired

Sir my name is harish kumar i purchased my karbon k9 viraat model on 26 may 2017 but after 3 months there is problem of touch in my handset so i give it your customer care center on 30 september 2017 and they send my phone to your customer care support but today is 13 october my phone is still not repaired and given to me. Your employees are always doing false promises to me to get it repaired in 10 days but whenever i call them they always say 10 more days .. This is not happening sir pls take some necessary action against it otherwise i will have to take some major steps against your company i m fed up sir kindly reply me back...
