Karbonn Mobiles — The lock of mobile is not functioning

The lock BUTTON is mobile is not functioning from previous one week dated[protected]. I reported to the nearest service center but they had not responded properly and adviced for online complain.As the lock BUTTON is not functioning i am not able to open the mobile. please solve my problem as soon as possible. The IMEI NO. OF MY MOBILE [protected] & [protected].
