[Resolved]  Karbonn — not giving proper service

I purchased the karbonn mobile model S5 in month September dated 08/09/2013. In last month i got some problem in its charging socket.Some time it charging, sometime it not works & one day the mobile totally dead. So i went to nearest service center situated at shanticomplex & asked them for repairing. The person told me that it will take 3 month time for repairing.I asked him why this much time needed for small repairing & unto 3 months what i do?. within 3 month how i got problem & i request him either repair this handset soon or change this.But he was not giving any attention to my request.And lastly i repaired my mobile socket from private mobile repairing shops.From all this it feels, never buy karbonn company product. there is worst service & there product also.
