Karbonn Quattro L50hd — Non functioning of the mobile- karbonn quattro L50HD -[protected] ,invoice no: SI/VELO/15524 dt 25.09.16-reg

We bought Karbonn quattro L50 HD mobile from Poorvika mobile world, No.26, Katpadi Rd.Opp. to CMC hospital, Vellore-4 on 25.9.16 ;Invoice No.SI/VELO/15524 by K.Karunagaran. The problem is we can't hear from both ends.ie.both the caller as well as the receiver can't hear the voice. We are not satisfied with the product.As soon after the purchase of this mobile, my husband was out of station and using this mobile we can't communicate anything.This became a hell. We want a proper solution for this. we don't want this product. We want the concerned authority to replace it with a new one. My husband is returning back by monday evening 3rd of October.Then to whom should we contact? Whether we can get our problem solved at an earliest possible.Pl solve this issue and make us feel comfortable. If not return us the amount paid. Thankyou.
