Karma Royal Resort — Returning of money

Hi, my name is Norman Fernandez, working in Dubai. I've been contacted by one of the customer representative of Karma Royal group early last year. He has explained to me about a scheme specifically designed for NRI's. If not availed the money(Rs. 10000/-) would be returned back. All I need to do is to inform by mail, if I want to cancel the proposed tour. which I promptly done some where in last year August.

Despite several mails & calls, the money has not been returned yet. Most of the time either the phone is not reachable or the required person is not available at seat. Several reminder mails were sent but No Response at all from Company's side. I'm having all the evidences of correspondences & Money transactions with me. Request by the concerned authorities to do the needful

Pls return my money of Rs.10000/- which Karma Royal resort supposed to pay back if the scheme designed for NRI's, is not availed off. Several mails & calls were made in this regard. If no action is taken asap, Company will land up in trouble.. Help me to help yourself from this precarious situation.
