I made 2 IMPS transactions by loggining in to Karnataka bank internet banking site on 29th SEP 2020 both transactions failed but amount debited and not not refunded so far, send mail to customer care mail ids no use. Contancted through phone assured it will be forwarded but no use again. These guys even to not bother to ack for the complaint raised. no system to raise complaint and folloup and escalation.
