Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that, I have paid property Tax upto date for year 2012-22 and 2022-23, but in online it's showing arrears balance. Please find the enclosed Tax paid receipts.

Hereby I kindly request you to update the Tax paid upto date till 2023 and do needful at the earliest.

ನಾನು 08-ಮಾರ್ಚ್-2024 ರಂದು ಹಂಡನೇಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ರಸೀದಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ,

ನಾನು[protected] ದಿನಾಂಕದವರೆಗೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಅಂತ್ಯದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಕಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಬಾಕಿಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

I have given request letter in handanehalli grampanchayat office on 08-March-2024 with all tax paid receipts but not yet resolved,

I have paid property Tax upto date, no due from my end but its showing arrears in online.

Please find the attachment of the tax receipts paid upto date.

Kindly request you to update the same at the earliest.
