Karnataka RDPR — same property id showing 2 names in RDPR site

Hi my name is shivakumar m hugar . I registered plot in the month of august 2014 at mayasandra, Muttusandra village (certificate no-459689) anekal taluka Bangalore My property id is[protected] if searched with this id in website of RDPR karnataka, i am seeing 2 pdf files one distributed in the month of march and another one in august 2014. I am seeing different owner name and my same photo in the month of march form -9 file . is this double registered ? or there is issue in entering the owner name details in pdf file.
