I started bba from ksou university in year 2011. after delayed exams and result finally i cleared the same in year 2015. i have received the marksheets of all 5 semesters but the last one is pending along with the degree / passing certificate.
I called on this number[protected]... a lady received the call asked me if i am looking for admission. i said i want to enquire regarding my marksheet which i have not received. she immediately said wrong number and disconnected the phone.
I tried other number[protected] as well, again the same lady answered and same response "wrong number".
Then i tried this number [protected], only computerized voice is there.. no response from there as well.
I want refund of my complete fees. its been 1 year i have cleared my exams but i have not received my marksheet and degree. how ridiculous.
