Sir,

I (adv ashok kumar aggarwal) am compelled to send legal notice to you on behalf & under instruction of my client shri manoj singhal, s/o shri jai hind singhal, enrollment no 141072emba0278. i hereby serve you that legal notice on following facts.
My above said client is doing executive m. b. a. from university & have completed one semester examination in aug/sept 2015, but due to wrong policy o[censored]niversity - management, he is unable to appear in 2nd semester to till date, secondly coordinator did not have any further information for appearing in examination.
In this regards, two mails have already been sent to your office for giving proper& correct information. i regret to inform but result is zero, your university registrar office is not giving proper information to my client. neither your registrar office is issuing migration certificate to my client
This is a open cheating with my innocent client, if your university was not capable for that course. so your university did not allow for admission in that course to the students through coordinator. due this, my client had also sustained/ got loss (lot of time along with money from last two years).
You are directed to give him proper information or issue migration certificate within 15 days, otherwise, my client will be compelled to take legal action against your university as per law for misguiding to students.
As a responsible officer/ person, hope, you will take immediate action and also arrange to communicate to my client on my above said address.
