Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Complaint regarding delay of Airavat bus (Bhadravati to Bengaluru) and impact on connecting journey

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay in KSRTC Airavat Club Class service from Bhadravati to Bengaluru on[protected].

The bus was scheduled to depart at 4:31 PM from Bhadravati and arrive at Kempegowda Bus Station, Bengaluru by 9:30 PM. However, the bus was delayed by approximately 1 hour at departure and reached Bengaluru nearly 2 hours late.

Due to this delay, I missed my pre-booked connecting bus (ambari Class) to Raichur scheduled at 10:00 PM. As a result, I had to cancel the ticket (incurring financial loss) and make alternate arrangements late at night, causing inconvenience and safety concerns.
