Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Delay of ksrtc bus

I had booked a ticket on aug 13 frm gadag to raichur from online date of journey 20/8/2016 there it was mentioned departure timing from gadag is 11.09 pm but bus reached gadag at around 12pm mean while i didnt get any messages about bus number or any communication from ksrtc and there no one in bus stand to ask about the bus i was felt no were in middle of night. I tried to call in middle of night to customer care but its utterly nonses always no one picks the call. When bus arrived at around i asked the conductor why the bus is delayed he rudely said this is the bus timing whn i showed the message about timing of the bus timing he shouted on me i[censored] want to complaints do were ever you want this is our bus timing and he talk singular and harassing in middle of the night without any respect this is how ksrtc employee works?. I m vry much frustrated with the service ksrtc giving with fake timing in online n harassing the customer. I need explanation fron ksrtc with in 3 days if not i ll be going to court /consmer form.
