Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Didn't get refund money | |||||
We four office colleagues booked rajahamsa executive for pondicherry trip for friday, 26th 2017 the bus was scheduled at 10:20 pm for pondicherry from st johns bus stop pick up point. We trust ksrtc as its safe for girls and it was nearest pickup point as we stay near btm. We reached the pickup point at 9:30 pm. It was raining very heavily we were waiting and checking for our bus under petrol bunk. We had hope the bus will come just delay due to rains and patiently waited and checked every ksrtc bus passing. At 1:30am rajahamsa for 9:20 pm reached. We had hope and we were standing under petrol bunk and waiting for our bus. At around 2 am 10:12 pondicherry bus came and we had still hope for our 10:20 bus. It became almost 3 am in the morning and there were few passengers waiting for the same bus. Today, we called the ksrtc customer care to enquire about the incidents and then we come to know that the bus that we had booked was never started from the source neither the bus number was also generated. As we had already booked the return ticket and unfortunately we have to cancel it and we are not getting the full amount back. So, if you please take this issue as a priority and process the full refund initiation, we would be very grateful to you. Mentioned below is the pnr details for both onward and return journey.
