Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) — KSRTC Bus Conductor extorting Bribe for Ticket

I had missed my train and boarded a KSRTC Bus ( Majestic to Hyderabad) in Kempa Gowda Bus stand. The conductor said 2 seats are available and one I boarded and settled down, I was asked Rs. 2500/- for 2 tickets, I paid the money and only when I received the Ticket from him I came to know the Price of 2 Tickets is Rs. 2162/-. I questioned the conductor and he said, to shut up and get down rudely (take it or leave it) . This was not a bribe and more an extortion from me of Rs. 338/-. I was travelling with my wife and it was late in the night hence could not question more publicly. The Bus : Airavat Multi Axle Bangalore to Hyderabad - KSRTC Date : 04-May-2014 Bus Service number:001744 Ticket Number: 404623 Time on ticket : 22:30:05 Boarding Point : Kempa Gowda Bus Stand Ticket Price : Rs. 2162/- for 2 passengers Paid Amount - Rs. 2, 500/- This was extortion than Bribe from a stranded passenger. I can also send Scan copy of the Ticket. I would like the authorities be informed to stop this extortion in KSRTC buses.
