Today I booked bus ticket for my mother and by mistake I had given my mobile number for OTP. I booked ticket in the name of my mother and I sent booking confirmation message to her mobile. She has aadhar card for for her identification. When bus came to our stop for pickup, conductor denied her to claim bus and used very bad words in local language even for me and thrown my mother's bags. I have mentioned below journey details here for your reference. Kindly take action on him and I need to know the status of this issue.
He need to apologise with my mother and me.
