Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Moving bus eventhough passenger is trying to lift up the bus

Puttur to Statebank bus at 4.57 reached Bendoorwell.
He knew I'll be waiting for passengers to come down nd then I'll lift up to the bus but he moved the bus. What will he do? Orelse ksrtc dept if anything happens??
This is not first time he's doing lyk this same driver have done this behaviour with some other lady too
Plzz do consider my complaint and take immediate actions!!
Plzz train these things to drivers nd conductors
