Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — The KSRTC Rajahamsa Executive special bus didn't have foot rest

Hello Sir/Madam,

I was travelling in the Rajahamsa Executive Special bus (Bus Number - KA.21.F.0279) seat number 18, on 9th April from Kukkesubramanya to Bangalore (Majestic). It didn't have foot rest and hence I slipped down from the seat many times injuring me while I was sleeping throughout the journey. It is high fare seat and it didn't even have bottle holder. I was frustrated and mentally upset. Please register this complaint and take action.
