KARNATAKA TRAFFIC Police — Abusive behavior with a lady by traffic police, false charges, vehicle towed for parking in a parking area

Hello sir, I am mathikere resident. I am writing this letter after very sad pathetic situation I am going on daily basis from traffic police officers . I have already tried to contact you in several forms. My isuue is misbehaving publicly with ladies a and false charges. Not only with me but most of people hesitate to complain they'll fear of policeman. I had faced this problem about 6 times yesterday he purposely targeted my scooter for twice and latched a bribe of 1000 rs. It's happening on the daily basis I went isha diagnosis centre for emergency. Parked in parking area from where officer towed. I have relevent picture and video of place. At 6pm 17/11/2021 me and my husband went to isha diagnosis centre 15th cross malleshwaram for emergency room they took my MRI case was serious we had to go to hospital for admission. While I was inside they towed my scooter which was in parking area I requested and ran behind them they didn't litsen I was facing serious medical problem when I reached the spot begged them to handover my scooter as it was heavily raining he asked me bribe of 1000 I asked wat was my mistake . He used foul language tht is too much for a lady to hear . I was showing him medical report he throwed it away and asked to stand there for 2hrs . Told the contract staff to collect 1000 from me. After waiting for long time one of his staff came and said mam give money n go he is not good human he will take your phone or license with him i[censored] talk more. Do gpay or give money as cash. After waiting for long time we paid him money took our vehicle. This not the first time for us to face this. Taffic officers in yeshwanthpur area as money latchers they behave worst possible. Looting us on daily basis. Also I am going to take support of media. As a lady I faced abusive behavior at 6 to 8 pm night standing on roadside in heavy rain. and had to under go so much rudeness despite of my emergency medical condition . I have solid proofs against them. Please take action against them every single citizen is facing this issue. After Returning from work almost whenever he see a lady driving he stops and asks them to pay. There are no charges on my scooter as I follow rules properly. They tell us tht last year you were not using helmet it caught in cc tv now pay fine instead of 500 gv me 250 n go.
