[Resolved]  Karrm Infrastructure — fraud & cheated by karrm, not given flat from 6 years, flat cancelled & not giving my money & loan amount.

Karrm infrasture pvt ltd is a fraud group & cheated me in my flat. Possesion not given from six, years. Emi not paid as per agreement. Now forced me to cancel flat booking saying that it will not complete henceforth. I have canceled but now till date they are not giving my money & bank loan also. So i am sending below email & one suicide note letter to maharashtra cm & sending on social media soon. Below is the email i have sent to maharashtra cm. I will wait this week only.

Please find attached my request & pre-intimation suicide letter & help me in this on urgent. My builder karrm infrastructure pvt ltd has been cheated me for 25 lack rupees including home loan in my flat. Sir you have given a best affordable homes best, integrated township award to this builder & the same builder has did fraud with us. Total 25 lacks of my hard core lifetime income including loan i have loss. Bank loan also he is not paying & banking is asking me to pay the emi. Daily i am taking followup but no one is helping us. Builder is changing office & staff continue & fooling us. All bank has been black listed to this builder no one is giving loan to them. That's why they have stopped work from five years & requesting all to cancel the booking. I have cancelled but now not giving money. Please read my attached letter for details & help me on urgent. I hope you will help me in this, this is the last chance to solve my problem. If you not help in this then i don't have any other option except suicide. Because police & advocate will take so much time, it may take my all life to solve this issue. Main thing they will not work without money, no one police & advocate will do this work without money & i don't have money to pay police & advocate. That is why i written this letter to you for help. I am in very much tension please help me. They are saying our boss have very good relation with narendra modi, so do whatever you want to do. No one can touch us, like this builder staff saying. Mr. Anant kadam & mr. Shailesh juvekare are the main who are not giving my money to me. Vivek oberoy is the founder of karrm.

Please find attached letter, read carefully & help me & my family urgent, because of this loss i can't get sleep also. Day night every time i am thinking about this only. Actually i was trying to contact you from long time but its not possible because i don't have contact details, then think i have to post or comment on your facebook profile, once i have sent a comment to you please call me i am in problem but reply not get. So again thought no more on facebook that will be seen all over. So then i get your email id & sending this email to you.. So please help. I will wait only one week.
