[Resolved]  Karur Vysya Bank — atm cash withdrawal

Good morning

I have withdrawn sum of rs. 14000 in two transactions (First transaction for rs. 10000 and another one for rs. 4000), at the atm counter. (Kvb atm, cutcherry street, gobi on 26th may 2018)

But while taking passbook print out after 2 days at gobi branch, it shows rs.[protected] + 10000) was withdrawn on 27.05.2018. I was shocked to see that.

But i have done transactions on 26.05.2018 for rs. 14000 in two transactions.

I have raised the complaint in gobi branch immediately. As of now, we have waited for more than 2 months, but no proper actions taken and solutions provided in home branch (Gobi)

It would be grateful, if you could find the solutions as immediate as possible and credit the difference amount.

I didn't receive the proper solution for my problems for more than 2 weeks from our bank.

I have raised a complaint on june 10, stated that the pass book entry for withdrawal deviates from the original amount withdrawn.

Atleast, if you see the camera footage, you may come to conclusion that, our complaint is an valid one.

Rs. 6000 variation is not an big value, though which arises questionnaire the trust of our bank.

We believe our bank and doing transaction since 1999, but this is an unexpected event happened in our life time.

Only worry is, how this is happen in our bank...? Request you to provide the solution and instruct the concern authority for security check - camera footage will be the optimal solution for this problem. Hope you understand and request you to do the needful.
