I withdraw cash rs 100 from thakurpukur 3a bus stand atm in a emergency. But at the time my 1st transaction the atm machine will note work when i input the pin a amount there was show "please wait" in about 1 min later the transaction was not complete its say transaction time out then i repeat 100 withdraw but the 2nd time transaction was successful. But i saw in my kvb e book app my account was debited 100 for 2 times but 1st transaction is not complete so why my account is debited two times. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Here's a attachment below for supporting my query. Please resolve it.
